Job Description

Here at Collectivfide we have big goals and big dreams to more than double our size in the next five years! We're going to need to hire some amazing talent. That's where you come in. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process ensuring a seamless, timely, and positive candidate experience. You will also provide support to the HR team on various tasks and projects where required.



This is a hybrid role; you will work primarily from home but will be expected to come into our Cambridge, ON office a minimum of 1 day a week as well as for collaboration days, team meetings/events.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:




Responsible for full cycle recruitment for broker partners, from creating job descriptions and postings, to attracting, posting, screening, and interviewing. Utilize creative sourcing methods to attract a broad scope of talent. Work closely with the hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews. Assists HR with drafting employment offers and presenting offers to candidates. Manage the onboarding process for new team members, inclusive of new hire paperwork, compliance training, and 90-day plans & orientation. Assist the HR team with head office new hire orientation, onboarding, and equipment procurement. Collaborate with third party recruiters where necessary. Partner with insurance industry networks, groups, etc. to build a pipeline of talent. Represent the company at any job fairs, industry, or networking events. Maintain recruitment metrics and records to ensure compliance and tracking. Maintain accurate employee records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS, process paperwork, and assist with HR-related administrative tasks. Conduct post-hire follow ups to assess employee satisfaction or identify any issues. Coordinate pre-probationary evaluations with HR and the hiring managers, ensuring that feedback is shared and employees are properly supported during those critical first few months in the role. Support the HR team with additional tasks as required. Serve as an ambassador for Collectivfide and our broker partners.



Qualifications:



Post-secondary education in human resources or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment. Experience with Bamboo HR is an asset. Experience recruiting in the insurance industry is a strong asset. Must have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
