We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team in a part-time hybrid role. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions while enjoying flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition - Source, screen, and assist in recruiting qualified candidates
Payroll & Compensation - Process payroll, manage salary scales, and administer employee benefits
HR Administration - Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documents
Employee Relations - Support conflict resolution and performance management processes
Workplace Safety - Coordinate occupational health and safety programs
Training & Development - Assist in organizing professional development initiatives
Diversity & Inclusion - Support equity and inclusion programs
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent HR certification)
Experience in payroll processing and HR administration
Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems is preferred
