Who We Are Looking For:
As the student Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator for the period of July 21, 2025 to June 26, 2026, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and enrolling talented individuals into our College community. You will be responsible for implementing recruitment strategies, managing admissions processes and supporting prospective students throughout their journey from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment initiatives to attract prospective students, including outreach events, campus tours and informational sessions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the admissions process.
Review and evaluate applications, ensuring compliance with admissions requirements and timely processing of admissions decisions.
Collaborate with faculty to promote programs and facilitate student engagement opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to recruitment and admissions activities.
Manage the planning and execution of events, such as recruitment tours, open houses and orientation programs.
Stay informed about trends and best practices in student recruitment and admissions, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
University Degree in Business or Marketing or a related field, or College Diploma in a related field or 3-5 years working in a related capacity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as, collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with RIO Education system is preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English is required, spoken competence in French will be considered an asset.
