Scanline VFX is growing its Recruitment team and we are looking for a self-driven Recruitment Coordinator that enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You are able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, collaborate across all departments and groups, and thrive helping leaders do more.

This role will be focused on delivering a remarkable candidate experience and managing all logistical aspects of the interview process.

Expect to partner with the office administration, recruiting, facilities team, and hiring managers where duties cross over and are shared in a fast-paced and fast-shifting environment. It’s a position that requires you to think on your feet, be on your feet and take initiative to learn new things quickly. As an entry-level position, there is an expectation of a one-year commitment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the recruitment team and hiring managers in the full recruitment cycle across Scanlines global studios
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking base
  • Coordinate, schedule and manage all candidate and hiring managers interview logistics across multiple time zones and locations
  • Works with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate and schedule changes
  • Manages multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up, logistical preparation)
  • Develops and posts job descriptions in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager and Team
  • Assists with processing reference checks as needed
  • Participates in the coordination of recruitment events (school, job fairs, and others)
  • Supports the Recruitment Manager and team or any other related tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Self-motivated, highly organized and results-oriented
  • Previous film production, administrative, and/or recruiting experience
  • Takes initiative and goes beyond established framework; looks for new ideas and creative solutions to overcome challenges
  • Detail orientated and strong communicator both in written and spoken form
  • Experience working under pressure with the ability to to multi-task, troubleshoot issues, and problem solve
  • Team player with a good sense of humor that demonstrates an enthusiastic and service orientated approach
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Proficient with social media platforms, scheduling applications, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
