Senior Recruiter, Eye Care Professionals - Redefining Optometry Recruitment

We're now seeking a Senior Recruiter to help redefine how we attract and engage top talent in optometry -- someone driven, strategic, and ready to make an impact.



The Role



As part of our Eye Care Professionals Recruitment team, you'll go beyond filling roles -- you'll build authentic relationships, uncover exceptional talent, and enhance every aspect of the recruitment experience.



What You'll Do


Source and Engage: Identify and build relationships with leading Optometrists and Opticians across Canada. Build Pipelines: Maintain strong internal and external networks to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent. Drive Strategy: Partner on creative recruitment campaigns that reflect our brand and values. Own the Process: Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding for a seamless candidate experience. Leverage Technology: Use tools like Power BI, Phenom (CRM), and UKG (ATS) to recruit smarter. Be a Partner: Advise hiring managers through every stage of recruitment.

What You Bring


5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth or agency settings. Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive talent. Excellent written and verbal communication (French an asset). Strong organizational and administrative skills. Tech fluency across Microsoft Suite, CRM, and ATS platforms. Adaptability and a passion for continuous improvement.
