Position Overview:



We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of both clinics. In this role, you will oversee a variety of tasks related to staff management, patient flow, and clinic operations, ensuring a high level of efficiency and organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Assign and ensure accountability of daily staff tasks, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and efficiently Coordinate staff lunch schedules and manage staff availability to maintain smooth clinic operations Oversee and ensure optimal patient and office flow, addressing any issues as they arise Coordinate and organize staff training sessions and other learning opportunities Manage and update social media platforms to promote clinic services, events, and eye care education Communicate with patients for reminders, recalls, and follow-ups, ensuring a consistent and professional patient experience Coordinate patient referrals and ensure they are processed in a timely manner Manage the online website store, ensuring that products are up-to-date and orders are fulfilled accurately Organize and coordinate special events, including promotions, patient appreciation days, and other community outreach efforts Assist with staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage at all times

Required Skills and Attributes:



Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on organization and multitasking Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong leadership skills with the ability to assign and oversee tasks effectively Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work efficiently in a busy environment Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing content Ability to handle patient communications in a professional and empathetic manner Computer proficiency, including knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and clinic management software Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve on the fly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
