Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized
Receptionist/Front Desk Associate
to join our team. As the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming college environment and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact and represent the college with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude.
Greet all visitors with a friendly smile and provide assistance as needed.
Respond to student and prospective student inquiries (in person, by phone, and via email) and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
Assist with scheduling, appointments, and general office coordination.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
Work Location
On-site (Scarborough campus)
