Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
Maintain front desk operations, including managing reservations and coordinating with housekeeping staff.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
Assist with administrative tasks as required, including data entry and record keeping.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience in front desk operations or hotel experience is preferred.
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
