Located in London, we are the largest plastic surgery and medical aesthetics office in southwestern Ontario. Our office comprises several surgeons, nurses, and skin therapists as well as an outstanding administrative, marketing and customer service team. We offer the full range of private-pay plastic surgery, as well as non-surgical aesthetic services, including lasers, facials, and injectables, plus retail skincare.
We are looking for someone who excels at customer service, is calm under pressure and has a keen attention to detail. This position is full time. It includes 2 evenings and may include some Saturdays.
A typical work day includes:
Welcoming patients to the clinic, checking them in, ensuring they have completed any necessary paperwork
Billing patients and processing payments; reconciling end of day financials
Ensuring providers are on schedule and managing patient flow
Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder phone calls
Ensuring that office is kept tidy and patient ready at all times
Processing online skincare orders
Managing general office (non-medical) inventory and placing orders when needed
Your skills:
Have excellent communication and computer skills
Work well under pressure when details matter
Able to keep a positive attitude during very busy days
Able to prioritize tasks in an organized and efficient manner
Make patient satisfaction a priority
Understand that confidentiality is of the utmost importance
Have a clear telephone speaking voice
