About the role
We are hiring a receptionist to support daily office operations and client-facing activities. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, coordinate schedules, prepare documents, and assist with general administrative tasks in a fast-moving, client-centric environment.
Key responsibilities
Welcome visitors, manage calls and emails, maintain the front desk
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, arrange meeting logistics
Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports
Update records and filing systems; assist with basic billing and vendor follow-ups
Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative needs
Qualifications
Legal authorization to work in Canada and experience living/working in Quebec
Fluent bilingual communication (English and French), spoken and written
Proven customer service and client-communication skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to adapt to changing priorities
Prior experience in reception or office administration is an asset
Proficiency with office software (email, calendars, spreadsheets, word processing)

Responsabilites
Accueillir les visiteurs, gerer les appels et courriels, tenir la reception
Planifier les reunions, coordonner les agendas et la logistique
Preparer et mettre en forme documents, presentations et rapports
Mettre a jour les dossiers et systemes de classement; appuyer la facturation de base et le suivi fournisseurs
Offrir un soutien administratif ponctuel aux equipes internes
Profil recherche
Droit de travailler au Canada et experience de vie/travail au Quebec
Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit
Solides aptitudes en service a la clientele et en communication
Rigueur, sens des responsabilites et aisance a gerer les priorites
Experience en reception ou en administration de bureau (atout)
Maitrise des outils bureautiques (courriels, agendas, feuilles de calcul, traitement de texte)
