Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Reception professional to help shape the future of innovation, strategy, and business growth in a highly collaborative environment.
About the Role
As the Reception professional, you will be the glue that holds the organization together. You'll work closely with executive leadership, oversee administrative functions, lead HR and office operations, and play a strategic role in financial oversight and board coordination.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead office budget planning and monitor expenditures
Analyze financial variances and partner with accountants
Prepare and lead Board of Directors meetings with a focus on action and impact
Design employment contracts and onboard new hires
Manage office infrastructure, IT coordination, and vendor relationships
Oversee tools, systems, calendars, and space planning
Improve internal workflows and standard operating procedures
Manage administrative staff and ensure timely deliverables
Contribute to strategic planning through operational insights
Plan and coordinate internal events and external meetings
Oversee travel bookings, logistics, and accommodations for staff and stakeholders
What You Bring
Proven experience in business operations, office management, or executive administration
Strong budgeting and financial coordination skills
HR knowledge, including hiring, onboarding, and policy implementation
High-level organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong technical aptitude with business systems and digital tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with Boards of Directors or executive teams
Background in non-profit, academic, arts, or professional services
Event planning or coordination experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Arts, or a related field
