Job Summary
The
Front Desk Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator
is the first point of contact at BiO-FiT.
Your role is to create an exceptional client experience, manage scheduling and communications, and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Client Experience
Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression
Check clients in/out using our booking system
Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly
Guide new clients through their first visit and explain the flow
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
Administration & Scheduling
Manage appointments, cancellations, schedule adjustments
Create and update client profiles
Help maintain product/supplement inventory
Assist in preparing client documents, forms, and information sheets
Studio Support
Prepare rooms before appointments and ensure equipment is reset
Support daily operations: opening/closing, sanitizing, organizing
Assist the team with small admin or operational tasks
Sales & Member Support
Clearly explain membership options and services
Introduce wellness options when appropriate
Assist in converting trials into memberships
Help track leads, notes, and follow-up actions
Optional (Bonus Skills)
Simple social media assistance (stories, photos, short clips)
Helping prepare promotional materials or small marketing tasks
Requirement
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking
Comfortable using computers and software
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Interest in fitness, wellness, or health is a strong plus

est la premiere personne que nos clients rencontrent chez BiO-FiT.
Votre role est d'offrir une experience client exceptionnelle, de gerer les horaires et communications, et de soutenir le bon deroulement des operations quotidiennes.
ResponsabilitesExperience Client
Accueillir les clients et offrir une premiere impression chaleureuse et professionnelle
Effectuer l'arrivee et le depart des clients via notre systeme de reservation
Repondre rapidement aux appels, courriels et messages en ligne
Guider les nouveaux clients lors de leur premiere visite et expliquer le fonctionnement
Maintenir une reception propre, organisee et accueillante
Administration & Planification
Gerer les rendez-vous, annulations et ajustements d'horaire
Creer et mettre a jour les profils clients
Aider a la gestion de l'inventaire (produits, supplements, etc.)
Preparer divers documents, formulaires ou fiches d'information pour les clients
Soutien au Studio
Preparer les salles avant les rendez-vous et s'assurer que l'equipement est remis en place
Participer aux operations quotidiennes : ouverture/fermeture, nettoyage, organisation
Assister l'equipe avec diverses taches administratives ou operationnelles
Ventes & Soutien aux Membres
Expliquer clairement les options d'abonnement et les services
Presenter les options de bien-etre lorsque pertinent
Participer a la conversion des essais en abonnements
Tenir a jour les suivis, notes et actions liees aux nouveaux clients ou aux prospects
Competences Optionnelles (Atout)
Aider avec de petites taches liees aux medias sociaux (stories, photos, courts clips)
Soutenir la creation de materiel promotionnel (pochettes, mini-flyers, etc.)
Exigences
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et service a la clientele
Organise(e), fiable et capable de gerer plusieurs taches
A l'aise avec les outils informatiques et logiciels
Attitude positive, professionnelle et accueillante
Interet pour le fitness, la sante ou le bien-etre (atout important)
