FRONT DESK Concierge & Client Experience Coordinator/FULL TIME

We are seeking a
full-time Front Desk Client Concierge
who is polished, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment serving high-caliber clientele.

and cannot commit to 40 hrs/week

administrative or reception/concierge experience

unable to start immediately
or have
travel plans between SEP. 2025-JAN 31, 2026
Key Responsibilities
As the first and last impression of PMF, your role will be integral to maintaining our high service standards:
Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism in a boutique, concierge-style manner
Open OR close the studio promptly at 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Manage a multi-line phone system with articulate, polished communication
Handle daily studio cleanliness & sanitization, ensuring our space reflects luxury and precision
Manage appointment confirmations, payment processing, client invoicing, contract data entry, and daily inventory checks
Post daily social media content (provided by ownership) and monitor inquiries
Maintain reception, studio, change rooms, towel service, and front retail space appearance
Conduct studio tours and support pro shop retail transactions with enthusiasm
Perform daily admin duties including follow-ups, system data entry, member support, and stock replenishment
Qualifications - Our Non-Negotiables
You MUST be well-groomed, detail-oriented, and love engaging with people
1-2+ years in receptionist, concierge, or client-service-based roles
(fitness/hospitality is ideal)
Enjoys fitness & is motivated to train at our studio 2-3x per week
Professional phone etiquette & fluency in English communication
Administrative experience with tools like Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Google Doc
Can multitask and adapt in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Reliable access to a vehicle and the ability to work flexible hours (AM/PM/weekend
Understands how to
serve an affluent clientele with discretion and care
Compensation & Perks
$17.50/hr during training
