Job Description
Bodhi Tree Wellness Centre Inc. is a multi-disciplinary health care clinic providing excellence in care through Naturopathic Medicine, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy & TCM-Acupuncture. This is currently a part-time position at Bodhi Tree Wellness Centre in the capacity of front-desk reception, client care coordinator and administrative tasks.
Hours will initially be
every Saturday from 9am-4pm,
some extra hours for holiday coverage through the summer & with very good potential for more as times goes on but not guaranteed.Everything from scheduling appointments for our patients, to extended health care billing, support for the many therapists & data entry, laundry (yes! laundry - we have many RMT's & physiotherapy - laundry happens!), this position is really for the person that is able to multi-task and enjoys a variety in their day but can still stay on task.
We are a small but busy operation & this position requires someone that has good computer skills (Mac), understands Excel spreadsheets, can pick up new software programs easily, and is DETAIL oriented. Equally important is that you can have a professional demeanour while being pleasant and welcoming to our patients whether on the phone or in person and understand the confidential nature of our work.
You will find this to be a very supportive and friendly environment to work in.
Any medical office training or experience is preferred but not necessary for the right person. Could be a great entry level position for the right person!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 per week
