Front Desk Administrator
to join our team and be the first friendly face our clients and agents see.
This isn't just a reception job -- it's the heartbeat of the office. You'll be the connection between clients, agents, lawyers, and other brokerages, making sure every detail is handled with care.
What you'll Do
Greet clients and agents with professionalism and warmth.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Enter and update property listings in MLS and internal systems.
Support agents with paperwork, deal files, and communication.
Help with light bookkeeping (invoices, deposits, simple reconciliations).
Keep our office organized, efficient, and welcoming.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or reception role (real estate background is a bonus, but not required).
Clear, professional communication skills.
Strong computer skills (Real estate software is an asset).
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
