In this role, you are the
first point of contact
for everyone who enters the dealership. Whether it's a customer looking to connect with a Sales Consultant, a courier dropping off a package, or a visitor attending a head office appointment, your priority is to provide a warm, professional welcome.
Your main responsibilities include overseeing the reception area, managing incoming visitors, phone calls, and emails. This role suits someone who enjoys
multitasking in a fast-paced environment
and can stay organized while handling multiple priorities. You will also help ensure the showroom and customer lounge remain
clean, organized, and well-stocked
.
Additional duties include entering customer information, booking appointments, and providing administrative support to the
Sales Manager and General Manager
, along with other tasks as needed.
This role requires:
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort using online systems and tools (CRM, email, inventory logs, MS Office, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
