Now Hiring: Part-Time Front Desk Gym & Wellness Support and Housekeeping

Everybody's Gym & Wellness Centre is a family owned and operated business looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our growing health and wellness community. We operate a gym, wellness centre and four rental suites. This is a

part-time contract position

with opportunities to expand your role as you grow with us. The successful candidate has a solid attention to detail, enjoys hospitality, organization, learning, and developing skills in multiple areas. Attention to detail and exceptional customer service is essential in this role.

Position Overview:

Front Desk reception, customer service and housekeeping Light housekeeping and maintenance in the gym & wellness rooms Cleaning, maintenance, and guest support for the rental suites In spring and summer, the option for training in select wellness treatments

Compensation:

$20-$25/hour, depending on experience Additional on-call hours available

Training & Growth Opportunities:

We will train the right candidate in wellness treatments during the spring and summer months.

Ideal candidate will have experience and take pride in their attention to detail, especially with regard to cleaning and property maintenance. Friendly, professional, and dependable Interest in health, wellness and personal growth Flexible and open to learning new skills Comfortable working in both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes roles

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude Manage wellness guest check-ins, set up gym memberships, and ensure smooth service flow Process payments and transactions accurately Support wellness services (set up/clean post-treatments) Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym and wellness areas Provide clear information to customers regarding gym and wellness programs, services and amenities Assist in promoting and selling memberships and wellness services Ensure gym policies and guidelines are followed Respond to member questions and concerns promptly Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive environment
