All Points North Group is seeking a forward-thinking Real Estate Technology Integration Specialist to spearhead the optimization and management of our comprehensive tech stack. This role is designed for a tech-savvy innovator with a knack for integrating various digital tools to streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to transform the real estate landscape, we want you on our team! Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly Responsibilities:

• Assess and optimize the current technology stack to ensure maximum efficiency and alignment with our business goals.
• Seamlessly integrate CRM, listing services, marketing tools, and transaction management systems.
• Facilitate the adoption of new technologies by staying abreast of emerging trends in real estate tech.
• Train and support the team in using tech stack components effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure cohesive use of digital tools for campaign management.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the tech stack.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and third-party service providers.
• Measure, analyze, and report on the tech stack\xe2\x80\x99s performance, proposing adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in managing and integrating technology solutions, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, MLS systems, marketing tools, and transaction management software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about how technology can support business objectives.
• Exceptional project management abilities and a knack for educating and empowering non-technical team members.
• Familiarity with data security and privacy standards relevant to the real estate industry.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to manage vendor relations effectively.
