Do you: Love working with sellers and believe that every client should receive the highest level of customer service Have at least 2 years of real estate sales experience AND at least 15 sold listing transactions under your belt (you\'ll be working with a few buyers here and there too) Are quick to reply to emails, calls, and texts & pride yourself in your great communication skills Have a flexible schedule (yes, weekends and evenings are pretty much guaranteed as are long hours on offer days) Take pride in how detail-oriented you are. Responsibilities: Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: One year of work experience in real estate Team player who believes their success is the teams success Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Currently licensed in real estate Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Have a valid real estate license with TRREB Have a valid driver's license About Company: At The Christine Cowern Real Estate Team, we understand the life-changing impact of building wealth through real estate.
