MOBIA is currently seeking a Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Quebec. As a Real Estate Specialist you will be an integral part of a customer focused team, working with cross-functional projects to assist in delivering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for:
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary cross-functional projects team to ensure project\xe2\x80\x99s deliverables
- Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards and recommendations
- Coordinate project status meetings
- Work closely within other teams to meet monthly business objectives
- Evaluating existing business processes to formulate new business programs, initiatives, and automation
- Developing business requirements
- Leading process review and improvement initiatives to ensure smooth transitions
- Educating other departments on new processes, sharing ideas, and taking feedback
- Other duties as assigned
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excel (advanced)
- Excellent documentation skills
- Self-starter with high attention to detail
- Excellent time management, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills to interface with other departments
- Experience in process mapping
- Knowledge and/ or experience in negotiation
- Bilingual (French & English) is mandatory
