Real Estate Research Assistant (Licensed preferred but not necessary) needed for an established and well respected commercial real estate brokerage. Regular part-time progressing to full time hours if desired, or full-time. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Regular full-time position, available to work an 8-hour shift or more & work a minimum of 5 days Monday to Friday, start time 7am. \xc2\xb7 Willingness and flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekend days (overtime). \xc2\xb7 Willingness and ability to receive messages (texts, emails, voicemails) and to respond in a timely manner including outside of normal business hours. \xc2\xb7 Well maintained vehicle and willingness to use this vehicle for job related duties (mileage paid). Primary Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Prepare property analysis and listing proposal files \xc2\xb7 Compile and prepare client files, reports, presentations and comparative market analysis \xc2\xb7 Prepare Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers, Listings and related documents \xc2\xb7 Data entry, manage filing systems, maintain checklists and follow through Key Competencies: \xc2\xb7 Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and positive \xc2\xb7 attitude while dealing with multiple projects and deadlines \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently with little supervision, and/or within a team \xc2\xb7 Exceptional punctuality and attendance \xc2\xb7 Outgoing and friendly personality \xc2\xb7 Individual should be highly motivated and have the ability to take the initiative \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Excellent computer skills required such as Windows 10, MS Suite of Software \xc2\xb7 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook. Expert Level with MS-Office, in a Windows environment. Advanced PowerPoint skills is a requirement \xc2\xb7 Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Maximizer CRM software must be learned if not already known Additional Candidate Assets: \xc2\xb7 Previous customer service experience \xc2\xb7 Previous real estate experience / training / knowledge \xc2\xb7 Research/Accounting/deals administration experience \xc2\xb7 Marketing / social media marketing / graphic design experience \xc2\xb7 Microsoft Powerpoint / Adobe software Job Progression (next step if desired): \xc2\xb7 Assist Broker of Record with listings showings, buyer rep showings and follow up.
