We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Recruiter

to join our team and play a key role in attracting experienced and high-potential real estate agents to Wahi Realty. The Recruiter will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships, and guiding agents through the decision-making process to join our brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source, identify, and engage prospective real estate agents through networking, social media, industry events, and referrals. Conduct discovery calls and presentations to communicate the Wahi value proposition, including compensation model, technology, training, and culture. Manage the full recruitment cycle: prospecting, relationship building, follow-up, and onboarding coordination. Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity, pipeline status, and results using CRM or applicant tracking tools. Collaborate with leadership to understand market needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor brokerages, and evolving agent expectations. Provide a professional, supportive, and consultative experience to all candidates.

Qualifications

Previous recruiting or business development experience, preferably in real estate. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Tech-savvy, with comfort using CRM systems, social media platforms, and virtual meeting tools. Knowledge of the real estate industry is mandatory. Active real estate license preferred but not required.
