Are you a driven, persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus on recruiting new and experienced real estate agents to join our growing brokerage.
This is a high-impact, sales-focused role where you'll be the first point of contact for potential agents--introducing them to our company, showcasing our value, and guiding them through the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
oProactively identify and reach out to potential real estate agents via calls, emails, DMs, and job platforms.
oIntroduce our brokerage and communicate the benefits of joining our team.
oQualify and screen candidates based on licensing status, goals, and cultural fit.
oSchedule interviews and recruitment presentations with leadership.
oTrack all outreach activity, conversations, and progress in our CRM system.
oCollaborate with marketing to enhance agent recruitment campaigns, job ads, and agent outreach materials.
oAttend local networking events, open houses, and real estate career fairs.
oConsistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For:
o1-3 years in sales, business development, or recruiting (real estate industry a big plus!)
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills
oSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and follow-up skills
oConfident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
oA passion for real estate and helping others succeed
