Real Estate Administrative Assistant Busy boutique real estate office in Old South London seeks full time real estate administrative assistant. This is a 6 month contract position with the possibility to extend. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented self starter with experience in a Real Estate Office. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of standard office procedures are a must. Knowledge of ITSO and Realty Suite are considered an asset as well as accounting knowledge. As part of this dynamic team you will work in our office in the heart of Old South London. Duties include: -Producing feature sheets, answering phones and general office duties -Entering new listings, typing offers, processing sales, inputting trades, accounting and payroll. -Completing sales calculations and payments using Realty Suite Renumeration base on experience.
