As an Intermediate Real Estate Development Manager, you will play a key role in the development and execution of our real estate projects from conception through to completion. You will support the Senior Development Manager to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, legal, and financial professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Support all phases of real estate development projects, including site acquisition, entitlements, design and permitting.
Team Coordination:
Lead and collaborate with internal and external teams, including architects, engineers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
Develop and manage project budget line items, track expenditures, and ensure that budget line items stay within financial parameters.
Market Analysis:
Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial modeling to support decision-making and ensure project viability.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that may impact project timelines, budget, or quality.
Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare presentations and updates to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate development or a related field, with a proven track record of managing development projects.
Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction.
Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
Experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and project financing.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Experience in navigating regulatory approvals, permitting processes, and compliance requirements.

Pay: $67,034.36-$128,444.24 per year
