A Day in the Life
Building or coordinating social media posts for listings
Creating campaigns in Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager
Helping agents run email nurture campaigns and CRM workflows
Updating agent bios, websites, and Sphere/kvCORE tools
Troubleshooting digital marketing issues for agents
Tracking and optimizing brokerage-wide digital ad performance
Supporting agents one-on-one with marketing best practices
Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Support & Coaching
Assist REALTORS with launching and managing marketing campaigns
Provide one-on-one coaching on social media, CRM, and online tools
Help with Just Listed/Just Sold/Open House promotion
Digital Campaigns & Social Media
Build and run brokerage-wide paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google)
Support brand consistency across all digital channels
Create and schedule marketing content and promotional materials
Lead Generation & Conversion Support
Monitor incoming web leads and support Smart Leads processes
Provide training and light troubleshooting for CRM workflows
Help agents improve lead follow-up and nurture systems
Operational Support
Update agent bios, headshots, and online profiles
Maintain internal checklists and marketing SOPs
Provide on-demand marketing help to agents
Required Skills & Experience
Experience creating social media or digital marketing campaigns
Strong writing and communication skills
Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and online platforms
Organized, efficient, and able to support multiple people at once
Nice to Have
Experience with real estate marketing (not required)
Familiarity with: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO
Experience with Sphere, kvCORE, or other CRMs
Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, ChatGPT, Gemini)
