Our company has built a province wide real estate search platform and we're offering solid careers to residents of the Alberni Valley. Inside Sales Agents work on the phones all day, contacting people about their real estate search and offering to help. It's a highly structured, repetitive, and high pace career. And it's also highly rewarding.

The next step is for you to complete your Real Estate Licensing Course online through UBC, then apply for your real estate license. The course is a significant investment in time and money. Once you're licensed, you can begin working with us. Our Inside Sales Agents earn approximately $42,000/year in guaranteed income. And they earn an additional commission income of approximately $35,000 in the first year (and approx. $40,000-60,000 in years 2, 3and beyond). After working in the role for three years, and meeting all your performance goals, we'll give you a bonus large enough to buy your first house in Port Alberni (naturally conditions apply).
