We are looking for an experienced and hard-working Front Desk Receptionist to provide effective office and administrative support to our brokerage and team. This position calls for efficiency and excellence in a variety of scenarios, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must be positive, ambitious, and tech-savvy individual to work on our team! Minimum one year experience working in a real estate office and reception and/or administrative experience. Duties & Responsibilities:
Greeting all customers and other individuals entering the building and maintaining the visitor log
Responsible for answering the phones/emails and providing excellent customer service and sales support to external customers and internal team members
Typing up offers, uploading listings, booking appointments and confirming appointments
Operate Real Estate systems (MLS, Broker Bay, etc.,)
Perform any other job functions as necessary to ensure continued smooth operation of the business.
Assisting the broker/owner
\xc2\xb7Monitor and order office supplies and maintain inventory
Processing receipts for all deposit
Assisting with preparation trade record sheets and other required deals related documents
Creating feature sheets & offers
High Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Strong computer literacy)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
