Specific Job Requirements include but are not limited to :
Manage incoming phone calls, messages, etc.
Inventory and ordering of various office supplies.
Broker load listings into TRREB MLS and ITSO.
Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers, and all other documents as required using webforms and skyslope.
Be the first point of contact for customers coming into the office.
Maintain listing/deal files in an organized and complete manner.
General office tasks as required.
