About the Role:



We are looking for a professional, organized, and real estate-savvy

Front Desk Coordinator

to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment, love working with people, and have strong real estate admin experience, this role is for you.

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, while also playing a key role in supporting our real estate agents and back office.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist clients, guests, and vendors in a professional manner Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and coordinate appointment scheduling Maintain and update office calendars, listing documentation, and client files Provide administrative support to real estate agents and office staff Coordinate communication with legal, mortgage, and external partners Keep the front desk and office space clean, organized, and client-ready

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a real estate office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.13-$23.02 per hour
