Office Hours
(Monday to Friday): 11 am to 8 pm, (Saturday): 10 am to 4 pm & (Sunday): 10 am to 2 pm.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls, managing and constantly checking our General E-mail/Faxes, and Input messages using BrokerBay (internal paging system).
Typing up Offers (Webforms), Booking appointments, and confirming appointments (BrokerBay)
Participate and Assist in coordinating business events, projects, and initiatives.
Greet Agents and Clients at the front desk professionally and courteously.
Operate Real Estate system TRREB - MLS (Multiple Listing System).
Perform any other job functions as necessary to ensure the continued smooth operation of the business.
Availability to work in Milton, Brampton & Mississauga Locations
Qualifications:
MANDATORY
Minimum 1 year of Recent EXPERIENCE of REAL ESTATE industry experience (Front Desk).
High Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Strong Computer Literacy).
Strong written and verbal communication demeanor.
Excellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detail.
MUST have an acknowledgment of MLS/TRREB (Webforms), MS Office (Word and Excel), BrokerBay, and Emails.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Reliable and punctual and hardworking
Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines
Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manners and written communication skills
Must be available to work Weekdays & Weekends
