Marketing & Social Media Specialist + Deal Coordinator
to help elevate our brand and support real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
:
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across platforms (WeChat, YouTube,FB,INS , etc.)
Design promotional materials: PPT presentations, flyers, social media graphics, short videos
Knowledge of Canada Post Admail regulations is an asset
Social Media Management
Manage and grow our presence on WeChat and other Chinese/English social platforms
Promote property listings and increase online visibility
AI & Technology Application
Utilize AI tools to streamline marketing and client communications
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and real estate CRM software
Familiarity with MLS, BrokerBay, and Skyslope is a strong plus
Translation
Translate listings and marketing materials accurately between English and Mandarin
Deal Coordination
Handle real estate paperwork, including OREA forms
Follow up with clients, lawyers, and partners to ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications
:
Experience
: 1+ year in real estate, marketing, admin, or social media
Language Skills
: Fluent in
both English and Mandarin
, written and spoken
Technical Skills
: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google G Suite, design tools (PPT, Photoshop), CRM systems
Other Requirements
: Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle; able to work independently and as part of a team
Work Hours & Location
:
Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
On-call flexibility during evenings/weekends
Office in
Oakville
with occasional remote work as needed
