You\xe2\x80\x99ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Compensation: 70,000 - 85,000 yearly Responsibilities:
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
