Bookkeeping and basic record-keeping
Data entry and maintaining client files
Preparing disclosures and other compliance paperwork
Uploading and organizing documents
General administrative support
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and office software
Previous admin or bookkeeping experience preferred (real estate experience an asset but not required)
Able to work independently
Position Details:
In-office role, 4-5 days per week during office hours
Part-time schedule
Wage based on experience
