Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our Real Estate Management program and Real Estate Brokerage administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks, reviewing Listing Agreements, reviewing Agreements of Purchase and Sale, and working on various client portals and office systems. Some Deal administration is also required for the Real Estate Brokerage.

Responsibilities



Managing the listing and selling process from ordering appraisals, reviewing Market Evaluations, preparing Listing agreements, reviewing offers. Working on multiple client platforms and office systems to ensure all information is up to date. Maintain organized files and records related to transactions, contracts, and client communications. Commercial property management including dealing with Tenant issues and contacting Suppliers

Experience



Previous experience in a real estate or administrative role is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with Real Estate Transactions from the listing process, through the offer and sign back process to the Sold & Closing procedures is required.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON L3R 9W9
