Real Estate Assistant / Licensed Salesperson (ontario)

Job Description

We are a highly active REMAX real estate brokerage team operating in the Peel Region, MILTON, BURLINGTON, GUELPH AND CAMBRIDGE AREA with 22+ years of industry experience. We specialize in both residential and commercial real estate, delivering trusted service and results for our clients.

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and client-focused

Real Estate Assistant / Licensed Salesperson

to support our brokerage with showings, client communication, and lead follow-ups.

Responsibilities:



Conduct property showings across the GTA (must have valid Ontario Driver's License and reliable vehicle). Assist with client calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with warm leads. LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED. Maintain CRM / lead logs and ensure timely communication with clients. Support marketing activities (open houses, social media posts, etc.). Prepare basic documentation and coordinate with the broker as required. Provide excellent client service and represent the brokerage in a professional manner.

Qualifications



Must hold a

valid Ontario Driver's License

and have access to a vehicle. Must be

enrolled OR Thinking of enrolling in Humber Real Estate Program

or already a

licensed Real Estate Salesperson

in Ontario. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks. Comfortable with phone calls (minimum 20 calls per day), client interaction, and lead nurturing. Availability to work evenings and weekends as required (real estate is a client-driven business). Prior experience in real estate or sales is an asset but not mandatory.
