My name is Brad Kothlow, Team Leader for the Real City Group.

This position of Office Manager is within Real City Group. A leader in the real estate industry and a medallion club team (Top 10%).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Effective management of all written and email correspondence Assist in maintaining relationships with Agents, Partners and Suppliers Transaction Management Prepare CMA Packages and Listing Documentation Listing Coordination - Ordering Strata Documentation and Title Review; Scheduling - Photos, Video, Floorplans, Brochures, and Sign Installation; Uploading Listing to MLS Maintain Agent Materials and Campaigns Coordinate Client Appreciation Events Coordinate Social Media and Marketing Activities with Virtual Assistant

HOURS & GROWTH OPPORTUNITY



This position begins at

30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

, with the potential to expand into a

40-hour, full-time role

as the position grows.
