Bilingual Real Estate Marketing & Administrative Assistant
to join our dynamic real estate team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and tech-savvy -- someone who can handle marketing, social media, and administrative tasks with creativity and reliability.
This role involves supporting daily real estate operations, managing online marketing, assisting with client communications, and handling occasional errands such as document pick-up and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and marketing support to the real estate team
Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, listing posts, and short videos
Manage and post content on
WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book)
Maintain property listings and marketing updates on MLS and websites
Assist with
light bookkeeping and expense tracking
Communicate professionally with clients in
both Mandarin and English
Help coordinate open houses, events, and marketing campaigns
Drive to nearby locations
for document pick-ups, deliveries, or property visits when required
Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin and English
(spoken and written)
Proficient in
WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, Canva
, and other marketing tools
Experience with
WordPress
or website updates is an asset
Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required
Organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking independently
Previous experience in
real estate, marketing, or administrative work
preferred

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
