Proactively anticipates obstacles

-- you instinctively look ahead, identify potential points of failure (deadlines, documentation gaps, client expectations, compliance issues), and address them early

Solution-oriented by default

-- when an issue arises, you arrive with options and recommendations, not just the problem

Strong situational awareness

-- you understand how decisions, timing, and communication impact clients, transactions, and the broader business

Calm and composed under pressure

-- able to manage urgency and complexity without becoming reactive or disorganized

Accountable and ownership-driven

-- you take responsibility for outcomes and follow tasks through to completion without reminders

Comfortable supporting a decisive, high-expectation leader
