Responsibilities
-Manage and maintain a schedule
-Maintaining client database
-Filing / Electronic filing
-Answer phones, book and confirm appointments
-Follow up on showings for client feedback
-Updating websites and social media information
-Coordinate and create marketing materials for online promotions and mailouts
-Liaise with lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, photographers, and stagers
-Event planning for seminars and client events
Qualifications
-High level of ACCURACY
-Personable and professional
-Able to multitask and detail-oriented
-WELL ORGANIZED is a must
-Excellent telephone skills
-Can calmly handle deadlines and stressful situations
-High level of initiative and self-directed
-Excellent command of the English language
-Efficient and work independently
-Ability to work on weekends
-Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, MAC and Adobe Photoshop (asset, not a must-have) and Social Networking
-Real Estate admin experience is an asset.
-Valid driver license
