We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant who is capable of performing administrative tasks such as broker loading listings to TREB & RAHB, updating Sphere CRM program, Matrix, maintaining accurate records, tracking and updating excel worksheets, filing and scanning documents. Additionally, the successful candidate will be an adept communicator and problem-solver and will have the ability to interact effectively with peers and business partners. Our assistant will have the opportunity to learn from a team of seasoned professionals and will be able to become a part of an innovative, growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Broker Load listings
Update Sphere CRM database
Prepare paperwork
Scan and file documents
Answer phones
Meet deadlines
Must have experience in:
1 year+ real estate experience preferred
Microsoft Word
Excel
CRM database management (ideally Sphere)
Stong literacy and numeracy proficiency
Familiarity in form filling and double checking entries
Job Type: Part-time Part-time hours: 25 per week
