Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant who is capable of performing administrative tasks such as broker loading listings to TREB & RAHB, updating Sphere CRM program, Matrix, maintaining accurate records, tracking and updating excel worksheets, filing and scanning documents. Additionally, the successful candidate will be an adept communicator and problem-solver and will have the ability to interact effectively with peers and business partners. Our assistant will have the opportunity to learn from a team of seasoned professionals and will be able to become a part of an innovative, growing organization. Responsibilities:
  • Broker Load listings
  • Update Sphere CRM database
  • Prepare paperwork
  • Scan and file documents
  • Answer phones
  • Meet deadlines
Must have experience in:
  • 1 year+ real estate experience preferred
  • Microsoft Word
  • Excel
  • CRM database management (ideally Sphere)
  • Stong literacy and numeracy proficiency
  • Familiarity in form filling and double checking entries
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week Salary: From $20.00 per hour Benefits:
