We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our busy real estate team in Ottawa. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping systems running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage listing and transaction paperwork (MLS, conditions, closings)
Schedule showings, inspections, staging, and photography
Maintain CRM database and client files
Proofread contracts and marketing materials for accuracy
Coordinate communication with clients, lawyers, agents, and vendors
Provide general admin support (emails, calendars, checklists)
Experience & Skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Strong computer skills (CRM systems, DocuSign, spreadsheets, Google Workspace; Canva an asset)
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple deadlines independently
Previous real estate, legal, or administrative experience preferred (training provided for the right fit)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
