We are an energetic Real Estate Team located in North Vancouver, looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to help with the day to day operation of our business while one of our team members goes on Maternity Leave. This is a
TEMPORARY
full-time position offering 40+ hours a week (9-5 pm Monday to Friday and some evening and weekend availability) for 6+ months.
The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:
At least two years of Real Estate Administrative Assistant experience
Detail orientated
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to perform computer work in an efficient manner
Reliable
Thrives in a small team environment
Close in proximity to our North Vancouver office, with reliable transportation
Personable
Speaks English clearly and fluently
Ideally has experience in the Real Estate Industry
Tech-savvy with advanced computer skills
Experience on the following systems: Top Producer, Webforms, Paragon, DocuSign, Canva, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
We will train for skills, so we will look at all types of resumes, yet it is our work culture of delivering outstanding results and customer service as well as our shared core values that will be the most important considerations in our final decision. You should be great on a computer and have exceptional personal skills (written and oral). A Real Estate License would also be beneficial, but not required.
