- Assist with organizing and maintaining client files and documents
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Prepare and proofread contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries from clients
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for real estate professionals
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate databases
- Assist with marketing efforts such as creating flyers and updating listings online, etc.
- Manage social media content and marketing (Facebook, Instagram)
- Facilitate communication and coordination between clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, lawyers, and other stakeholders involved in real estate transactions.
- Coordinate other miscellaneous activities such as: put up and remove 'for sale' and 'sold' signs, lockboxes on the properties, client gift preparation and deliveries, etc.
Requirements:
- Owning a vehicle is essential
- Previous experience as a real estate administrative assistant is not required but is a great asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documents and communications
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Knowledge of Google Drive, CRM or similar productivity tools.
