driven, confident, and client-focused Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
to be the first point of contact for our leads and to help fuel our continued growth.

Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for
immediately responding to inbound leads, making outbound prospecting calls, qualifying buyers and sellers, and booking high-quality appointments for our Team Agents
. You are the heartbeat of our sales pipeline and the first impression of our brand.
You must be comfortable on the phone, highly organized, goal-driven, and motivated by performance.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with
inbound online, phone, and referral leads
within minutes
Make a high volume of
outbound calls
daily to generate and qualify new opportunities
Build rapport quickly and professionally with buyers and sellers
Qualify prospects
based on motivation, timeline, and readiness
Set high-quality appointments
for our Realtors
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, IXACT, etc.)
Conduct basic market research and provide value-driven conversations
Nurture long-term leads through consistent follow-up
Stay current on market trends in
Kitchener-Waterloo & GTA
Promote and upsell team listings when appropriate
Work closely with leadership and agents to hit team growth targets
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in
inside sales, call center, or outbound sales
preferred
Real estate experience is an asset but
not required
Strong
phone presence and confidence
speaking to strangers
Exceptional
communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven
Professional, positive attitude with strong follow-through
