Redacteur(e) II - Sinistres Biens Entreprise
Le role que jouent le redacteur(e) sinistres Biens entreprise est fondamental au succes continu d'AIG et a la position de chef de file qu'occupe la Compagnie sur le marche de l'assurance. AIG continue d'ouvrir la voie en elaborant des solutions d'assurance qui repondent aux risques des entreprises et s'inscrivent dans une longue tradition en matiere d'innovation, ainsi qu'en commercialisant des solutions d'assurance revolutionnaires pour notre monde en evolution constante.
Comment vous creerez un impact
Gerer les demandes d'indemnisation nouvelles et existantes d'assurance Biens entreprise, y compris assurance Marine et Energie.
Evaluer la protection, les reserves, mener des enquetes apres sinistre detaille et consigner les resultats au dossier de facon adequate.
Demontrer une aptitude a communiquer efficacement, verbalement et par ecrit, avec les clients, les courtiers, les souscripteurs et tous les partenaires commerciaux.
Faire preuve d'un engagement envers le service a la clientele en repondant rapidement aux appels, aux courriels et aux lettres.
Traiter les demandes d'indemnisation conformement aux pratiques exemplaires d'entreprise, aux lignes directrices en matiere de traitement des demandes d'indemnisation, ainsi qu'assurer le respect rigoureux de toutes les exigences en matiere de conformite et de reglementation.
Etre en mesure de prendre des decisions et de travailler de facon autonome dans le cadre de ses pouvoirs, et de contribuer efficacement a l'equipe.
Assigner le dossier a un conseiller juridique et le consulter au sujet des demandes d'indemnisation necessitant le depot d'un acte introductif d'instance, se conformer aux lignes directrices en matiere de litiges et participer au processus de mediation, le cas echeant.
Ce qu'il vous faut pour reussir
Posseder au minimum deux (2) ans d'experience dans le domaine du reglement de sinistres d'assurance Biens.
Faire preuve d'une excellente aptitude a la communication orale et ecrite.
Etre axe sur la satisfaction de la clientele et faire preuve d'engagement a cet egard.
Posseder des competences organisationnelles averees, etre capable de gerer et de prioriser la charge de travail et la gestion d'un journal.
Posseder des aptitudes exceptionnelles a la resolution de problemes et a la prise de decisions, et etre capable de travailler de facon autonome sur des questions relevant des pouvoirs qui lui sont conferes.
Certificat d'expert en sinistres (5A) obligatoire ;
Etre parfaitement bilingue (anglais et francais), est un atout.
Le candidat retenu doit etre en mesure de voyager, au besoin. (5 %)

How you will create an impact
Manage new and existing Commercial Property claims including Marine and Energy claims.
Evaluate coverage, reserves, perform detailed claim investigations, and document the file appropriately.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers, brokers, underwriting and all business partners.
Demonstrate customer service commitment by timely response to calls, emails, and letters.
Handle claims in accordance with established corporate best practices, claim handling guidelines, as well as strict adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ability to make decisions and work independently within assigned authority and contribute effectively to the team.
Assign and confer with legal counsel on claims requiring litigation, adhere to litigation guidelines, and attend mediations as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years of experience adjusting Property claims
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated organizational skills; the ability to manage and prioritize workload and diary management
Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills and the ability to work independently on matters within granted authority
AMF Adjuster's License (5A) if based in Quebec
Fluency in English/French is considered an asset
Must have the ability to travel as needed (5%)
