Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control and Inventory Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products. Analyze data from quality control tests to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections and reports.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Must be able to read blueprints, use Vernier/Caliper/Micrometer. Must have knowledge in Word/Excel. Must have knowledge in ISO Certifications. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
