Main responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Prepare overall program qualification plans and means of compliance \xc2\xb7 Understand the customer requirements and prepare verification and validationmatrices \xc2\xb7 Perform development and qualification tests as required to support Engineering Programs \xc2\xb7 Generate detailed test procedures and reports to document test parameters and results \xc2\xb7 Generate qualification by similarity reports \xc2\xb7 Generate qualification by analysis reports \xc2\xb7 Define test specimen configurations and associated control books. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a current understanding of statutory regulations governing test philosophy and methods. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and perform Engineering Work Orders (EWO) \xc2\xb7 Generate, collect data, perform and document Test Readiness Review (TRR) package. \xc2\xb7 Perform and document component failure analysis (CFFR) \xc2\xb7 Perform and document Test Incident Report (TIR) \xc2\xb7 Manage all documentation related to development, qualification and testing for specific programs. \xc2\xb7 Manage and support external lab \xc2\xb7 Control qualification and test schedule \xc2\xb7 Assist Cost Focal point in generating product cost data when required \xc2\xb7 Generate cost and time schedule estimates to plan overall project performance; \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as required. Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Technical degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience (in testing is an asset) \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Landing Gear principals and associated systems methodologies \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of hydromechanical, electrical and electromechanical components \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of testing methodologies and processes \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Catia V5 \xc2\xb7 Proficiency of MS office suite; \xc2\xb7 Ability to understand system components dependencies; \xc2\xb7 Ability to solve complex technical problems; \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team and a client oriented environment. **Salary: 64 489$ - 85 286$ Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $64,489.00-$85,286.00 per year Benefits:
