The Proposal Specialist is responsible for leading proposals and other contractual documents for our clients and develops, gathers, and manages documentation. The candidate will work collaboratively with pre-sale, sales, architects, and the delivery team to make our service offers simple to understand.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Full proposal cycle ownership: successful proposal delivery will include full development from the initial proposal request to the handoff to the Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with teams to create all contracts for engagements that offer IT services.
  • Manage multiple proposals in parallel and manage expectations.
  • Gather and organize the information from different teams to produce service-related contractual documents that conform to what was sold, what the company can offer, and the conditions under which the offer can be made.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Create and modify company templates to maintain a sense of consistency within the organization.
  • Create graphics and visuals for certain proposals.
  • Work as part of a team to offer suggestions for improvements or ways to streamline internal processes.
  • Validate text, numbers, format, and legal requirements during the preparation of client communications.
  • Regularly review and update business assumptions, technical language, and legal language templates and obtain appropriate approvals.
  • Handle the majority of the documentation requests autonomously and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or related working experience;
  • 5+ years of relevant experience;
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of Confluence, Teams, SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Visio and Lucid Chart is a plus;
  • Prepare and refine images, diagrams, power point presentations and screenshots;
  • Document Management and Archiving;
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management;
  • Strong teamwork skills;
  • \xe2\x80\x8bProven experience in writing software and service\xe2\x80\x91related documentation.
